You move into a space with a size 1 or smaller willing ally and allow them to climb inside you. Your ally cannot be targeted by attacks while you are combined. If you have 0 health levels or move into a space that does not contain your ally, you are no longer combined. You may only combine with one ally at a time. If the ally you have combined with takes a movement action, you move along with them.
