When a creature the GM controls takes an action, you can spend 1 Nova point immediately after seeing the outcome of the action to negate the action’s outcome as if the action had never happened. For instance, if a GM-controlled assassin damaged another creature with a poisoned knife and you used this ability, the attacked creature would not take damage or suffer any other effects related to being attacked with the knife. The creature whose action was negated cannot take a replacement action.
