Hags, oni, doppelgangers, and more all spin webs of intrigue in Droaam, and the richest warlords have found ways to ensure their safety against infiltrators. This 4-inch-diameter, dull-gray glass lens is said to have been ground with a stone fallen from the moon Lharvion. When you speak its command word, the lens’ power activates for 1 minute. If you look at a creature through the lens while it is active, you see ghostly images of every shape that creature has taken within the last 24 hours. The lens reveals shapes taken using innate magical abilities, as well as Illusion and Transmutation spells such as Disguise Self and Polymorph. It does not reveal mundane disguises. Once this property is used, it cannot be used again until 7 days have passed.
