This small embroidered pouch is said to contain the cast-off goods discarded by the Merchant of Misthaven, an archfey of Thelanis. When you reach into the pouch, you can pull out a random trinket (see the 2024 version of the fifth edition Player’s Handbook or any other random trinket table of your choice). A trinket pulled from this pouch disappears when you pull another trinket from the pouch.
