Many Powers are grouped together thematically into Power Sets. In many Power Sets, a character must first have lesser Powers to be able to select bigger Powers. These prerequisites are listed in parentheses after the power names in the power set lists below. Note that for numbered sequence Powers, like Shield 1-4, taking a power requires taking the one before it in sequence, even if it's not stated in the parentheses.
