When a player character attempts a task that requires a skill roll outside of
Combat, another player character can aid the skill roll at the GM’s discretion. (e.g. A
Driftling player character backs up their glean friend by flexing to look tough while the glean makes a
Presence Skill roll to intimidate an NPC into giving up a security password.) When the GM allows this aid, reduce the complexity of the skill roll by 1 (to a minimum of 2). Unless the GM deems otherwise, a player character can only benefit from the aid of one other player character at a time in this way.
